Only have one set of rings, so I used them for the push-ups and did bar pull ups and dips. I could have switched them around, but didn’t take the effort to do that this time. We were supposed to time parts of WOD?
Chef, what are your thoughts on Almond milk…lots of sugar in the 1/2 gallon I picked up the other day.

Jimmy, not a huge fan of almond milk, most have too many ingredients, frankly. I am a fan of little or no dairy in my diet, but I know a lot of VERY successful Lacto-Paleo folks. If dairy doesnt make you feel like you’re giving birth to an alien? Drink whole milk. The limmitter is it MUST be grass fed dairy, or your mainlining grains anyway.
And yes, GO LONG was to be timed, by bad, brother.
